• Underground utilities. Customers are responsible for contacting Diggers Hotline (811) before any excavation work begins. KG Farming LLC is not liable for damage to unmarked or improperly marked underground utilities, pipes, cables, or other infrastructure.
• Weather and delays. Work schedules are subject to weather conditions, equipment availability, and ground conditions. KG Farming LLC is not liable for delays caused by factors outside its reasonable control.
• Property access. The customer is responsible for ensuring KG Farming LLC has legal right and adequate access to the work site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KG Farming LLC, its owner, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of this website or the services provided.
